How do our Money Action Cycles work?

A Sophia Money Action Cycle is a focused, supportive, and interactive learning journey designed to help your Members build real financial skills.

Each money action cycle brings together digital lessons, live coaching, and ongoing inspiration-so your Community Members can learn, reflect, and take action at their own pace.

Why is this Money Action Cycle Good for Your Community Members?

We know that financial learning can feel overwhelming, so Sophia breaks it down into manageable steps.

The cycle approach gives them:

• Structure: Clear milestones and regular touchpoints to keep you on track.

• Support: Access to expert coaches, live sessions, and a community of like-minded women.

• Motivation: “Money Moments” content to keep you engaged in your journey.

• Flexibility: Learn when it suits you, with resources and sessions designed for busy schedules.

1. When does the next Money Action Cycle start?

We will keep this page updated with upcoming Cycle dates, make sure to check regularly. We will also personally notify you.

We recommend promoting each cycle to your members at least 2 weeks in advance.

2. What is included in each Money Action Cycle?

Each cycle includes a 30-minute livestream session, a self-paced online course (accessible for 2 months after registration), and a group money coaching session. 

Members also have ongoing access to Sophia’s online community for questions and support.

3. How do members register for a cycle?

You can share the registration link provided on this page.

Members will need to sign up individually through that link.

4. What’s the difference between Financial Fluency, Ready Set Invest, and other cycles?

Each cycle focuses on a specific financial topic. E.g. Financial Fluency helps to set achievable financial goals, while Ready Set Invest introduces investing basics.

5. Do the cycles have to be taken in a specific order?

No. We often advise people to start with Financial Fluency, as it’s contains useful foundation knowledge, but your Members can choose whichever cycles are most relevant to them, and take them in any order they like.

6. Can members join more than one cycle?

Yes! Members are encouraged to join as many cycles as they like. 

The programme is designed to support ongoing financial growth.

7. Do I need to host any sessions or events myself?

No. All sessions are hosted by Sophia. 

Your role is to share the materials provided and encourage member participation.

8. Where can I find promotional materials for the upcoming cycle?

All media kits and editable materials are available for download on this page under “Marketing Materials”.

9. Can we customise the messaging to suit our community tone?

Yes. The media kits are designed to be adapted to your community’s tone and communication channels. 

You can personalise the text and visuals as needed.

10. Will I get updates or reminders before each cycle starts?

Yes. Sophia will send email reminders ahead of each cycle with key dates, links, and suggested promotion timelines.
